Head chef:
Paul John Shepheard
Paul completed his studies in Stratford upon Avon – England
where he studied for four years at the acclaimed Stratford
College. NVQ level 1.2 & 3, in Kitchen and Larder, and
Level 3 in Patisserie.
In his third year at college Paul did some work at Café
Royal in London where he cooked under the highly praised
Herbert Burger (Executive Head Chef). Paul also cooked at
numerous charity events, cooking with the likes of Brian
Turner and also worked with the National Chef of the year in
England, Steve Love on a few occasions.
Paul has lots of experience in catering for weddings,
banquets, and private dining.

restaurant we cater for fine dining or for those who prefer
it more casual a pub menu is available. We further
cater for weddings, conferences, children's parties and do
